Cancellation Policy
✨ 48-Hour Cancellation Policy: Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
✨ Same-Day Cancellations: Any appointment canceled on the same day will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
✨ No Call, No Show: Clients who fail to show up without contacting me will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
✨ Deposits: A deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your appointment is not confirmed until your deposit has been received.
✨ No Extra Guests: To provide a relaxing environment and give each client my full attention, please come to your appointment alone unless you have received prior approval.
